WHAT THE CLINIC OFFERS
The clinic provides:
Thorough, individualised psychoeducational assessment, including assessment of co-occurring neurodevelopmental and learning differences. Assessments can explore one concern, or multiple concerns simultaneously, including:

Learning disorders (e.g. Dyslexia, Dysgraphia)

Intellectual disability

Giftedness

Other learning challenges.

Therapy services including for those seeking more support post-assessment or diagnosis:

Short term consultations (for parents, teachers, or the young person).

Skill building programs for the young person delivered one-to-one focusing on certain topics (e.g. executive function skills, emotion regulation, self-esteem).

Counselling or therapy for issues such as anxiety, behaviour or emotional challenges, school issues, stress management, confidence and resilience building, etc.

Jessica is the founder and principal Educational & Developmental Psychologist at The Ed Psych Clinic. She graduated from UWA in 2007 and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology, Honours Degree in Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma of Education. Since this time, Jessica has had the privilege of carrying out diagnostic assessments and therapy with children, adolescents, and families across Western Australia. She has worked in the field for close to 20 years in disability services, schools, and private practice.

Jessica established the clinic to meet the educational and developmental needs of young people and their families. She understands the neurodevelopmental and learning differences that can present in childhood, and the confusion that families often face when seeking answers and support for their child. She prides herself on building strong rapport with every young individual she meets, allowing them to maximise their potential and the outcomes of sessions. As a mother of three children, she understands the joys and challenges that come with parenthood and raising children.
